Reading the map
Cleaning shows unique modules logged as cleaned in the selected round. Aging means the cleaning date exceeds the configured window; it does not prove modules are dirty. Condition shows the most recent dated observation across all rounds. Same-day observations are ordered by when the entries were first saved. Editing an older entry does not make it a newer observation.
Location convention
Row 1 is at the north/barge end, increasing south. Position 1 is nearest the equipment lane. West rows 7–8 are omitted. The module-level workbook supplies these identifiers. E100 Rev.IFCRev2 confirms the total module quantity and typical 28-module table; field row labels are not established by that drawing.
Access and photos
Anyone with the link can view, add, and correct records. Crew names are self-reported. Corrections require a reason and retain earlier versions. Photos are public to link visitors, compressed to a maximum 2,400 pixels, and stripped of embedded location metadata. Use JPEG, PNG, or WebP; up to 8 photos per entry and 8 MB per file.
Saving requires connectivity. Text drafts are kept on this device when possible; selected photos must be reselected after reloading. Only a saved confirmation means the server received the entry.
